thai-noodlesoup, with fried rice - spicy and sour broth, with galangal, lemon grass, shrimps, rice-noodles, mushrooms… tokio/shibuya
miso-noodlesoup - miso-broth, noodles, bamboo-shoots, spring onion, pork roast. served in a coach in minami-sanriku, comfortable and delicious!
seaweed-salad — the young shoots of very fresh seaweed (twenty minutes between harvesting in sea in front of minami-sanriku, preparing, and eating!!!!), chopped, cooked, with a little bit of soja sauce and…?. sugoi oishi ! — minami-sanriku/japan
xiao long bao —- steamed pork dumpling with pork soup inside - @dintaifung, shinjuku/tokio
grilled mackerel, with smashed radish, rice, wasabi, black seegras(I think), tuna sashimi, and mussel based miso soup - in tokio/shibuya
kobe beef - raw kobe beef, bought in a supermarket in my block in roppongi/tokio. a best-before date sale, half-price…
delicious!

Sesame Noodlesoup- with ramen (noodle), spring onion, rost pork, egg, fresh bamboo, morel and a thick and rich soup with sesame.
still my favourite noodle-soup in tokio/shibuya, so far.
A simple noodlesoup restaurant, with a choice of four different kinds of soup, and one rice-side-dish (rice, with a raw egg and dried tuna)
